Job Title: Dutch and French speaking Immigration Consultant
Skills: Fluent Dutch, French and English, Belgian Immigration law experience.
Salary: 30-60k€
Location: Brussels, Belgium

Your Duties and Responsibilities:

- Overall responsibility for country operations and Consultant development;
- Establish, implement and maintain standards and processes for the immigration team;
- Continue to develop the company’s brand with Belgian authorities and new and potential clients;
- Provide general practice leadership and management - supervise work of Consultants and Senior Consultants;
- Design, implement and maintain best operations organisation model and ideal staffing model;
- Perform ongoing recruitment and training;
- Manage Belgian inbound practice on a day to day basis, ensuring high levels of professionalism, customer service and overall performance;
- Keep up to date technically on Belgian immigration law and document information in system making sure it is also distributed;
- Ensure billing accuracy and integrity;
- Overall case management quality control;
- Developing and updating office and training manuals;
- Active member of any relevant immigration associations;
- Contribution to legal publications;
- Conduct staff reviews and identify talent for growth;
- Internal and external training provision.

Required credentials for the position:

- Graduate level education and / or related professional qualification;
- In-depth knowledge of local immigration law and practice with business experience
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to convey matters clearly and confidently;
- Ability to build excellent team relationships;
- Effective delegation skills and ensuring tasks are well executed;
- Excellent management skills;
- Ability to cope under pressure and operate during stressful situations;
- Adaptability / flexibility;
- Problem analysis;
- Customer service orientation.
